SMS Messaging Terms and Consent

This disclosure describes optional informational text messages sent by Steven Featherston doing business as Last Minute Training (LMT), using RosterDock for training registration. It does not enroll you in text messages from other RosterDock organizations.
How to opt in
During registration for a Last Minute Training course, the booking contact may select the optional, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox alongside their name and phone number. You must affirmatively check the box and submit the registration to opt in. Leaving it unchecked does not affect registration, payment, or class participation. The booking contact's consent applies only to their submitted phone number; it does not enroll other students on a group registration.
The checkbox states: “I agree to receive informational SMS from Last Minute Training about registration, class reminders, schedule changes, and certificate support.” The accompanying disclosure provides the message frequency, potential charges, STOP/HELP instructions, support number, and links to these terms and the privacy policy.
What you may receive
Messages may include registration confirmations, course reminders, schedule changes, and responses to questions about training or certificates. No promotional or marketing messages are covered by this consent. Message frequency varies based on your activity and scheduled classes.
Cost, help, and opting out
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help or contact Last Minute Training at 701-712-8698. Consent is not required for any purchase or course registration. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
