RosterDock provides registration and roster-management services for participating organizations. Each organization controls information collected for its classes, subject to the applicable agreements and law. For account and platform matters, contact [email protected].
Registration information
When you register, RosterDock receives the information entered into the registration, including booking contact name, email and phone number, attendee information, class selection, and responses to organizer questions. Information is used to manage reservations, communicate about training and credentials, maintain rosters and attendance, provide support, and support payment processing when applicable.
SMS consent and mobile information
For eligible Last Minute Training registrations, SMS consent is entirely optional and is not preselected. If the booking contact opts in, RosterDock stores the consent time, the submitted phone number, the source of consent, and the version of the disclosure accepted, alongside the reservation. SMS consent is not inferred from merely providing a phone number, registering for a class, or agreeing to the platform EULA.
Last Minute Training uses opted-in mobile numbers only for class-related informational messages and support. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, shared with third parties for their marketing purposes, or shared with affiliates for promotional use. Information may be processed by service providers needed to deliver communications and operate the platform. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS permission at any time; HELP requests assistance. Service providers and access
Data may be processed by infrastructure, payment, and communications service providers for operational purposes. Authorized organization personnel may access registration and roster information needed to conduct their courses. RosterDock uses reasonable access controls and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Requests and questions
For requests concerning an organization's student records, contact the organization responsible for the course. For platform privacy questions or requests to review or correct information, contact [email protected]. Retention and deletion depend on operational and legal requirements.
